2. Services

Marsit Agency provides digital marketing services including but not limited to: SEO, GEO/AI SEO, link building, social media marketing, video editing, Google Business Profile (GMB) optimization, and local SEO. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals provided to each client.

3. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information about your business
Grant necessary access to websites, Google accounts, and social media profiles as required
Respond to requests for feedback or approvals in a timely manner
Ensure that all content and materials you provide do not infringe on any third-party rights

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Monthly retainer services are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle
One-time project fees are due as specified in the proposal
Late payments may result in a pause or termination of services
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

5. Results Disclaimer

While Marsit Agency uses proven, industry-leading strategies to improve your search rankings and generate leads, we cannot guarantee specific ranking positions or lead volumes. Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties (Google, Bing, etc.) and may change at any time. Past results for other clients do not guarantee future results for your business.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for your business (content, reports, graphics). However, Marsit Agency retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, tools, templates, and processes used to deliver those services. We reserve the right to reference your business as a client in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of our engagement. Marsit Agency will not disclose your business strategies, data, or competitive information to third parties without your consent.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination:

You will retain all completed deliverables paid for in full
Marsit Agency will return any access credentials provided
Outstanding invoices remain due and payable

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marsit Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marsit Agency, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms (Google, Meta, FormSubmit, etc.). Marsit Agency is not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates made by these third-party services that may affect your results.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
